"It Could Be You" is a CPR/AED orientation campaign dedicated to teach the public the steps of CPR as well as how to operate an AED. In Canada, between 35,000 and 40,000 people die from cardiac arrest each year. Many of us do not have the proper training to be able to help our loved ones if we ever find ourselves in this situation. AED devices are becoming more available in many public places and it is important that we all know how to successfully use one! Sign up for the 1 hour training session Saturday October 15th to become familiar with the device as well as properly perform CPR and become a hero for life! Remember, it could be you.
