Mindfulness is an aware state of being present in each moment. Self-awareness and discipline are key for developing a mindful state. Being present with every movement, paying attention to the fuel you are providing your body and remembering to breathe, helps you avoid unnecessary illness and discomfort. Being active is only temporary discomfort. Take care of yourself.
