Hip & Knee Dysfunction
Join us for a two hour workshop on Friday July 10 from 5-7 pm.
The hip and knee represent the locomotive system of our bodies. If you want to get from one place to another or from one yoga pose to another, the hip and knee are always involved as they move, stabilize, integrate and help us find more freedom. In this workshop, we will stabilize and then safely open the hip joint to create a sense of grace and ease as we move.
Core Strength & Stability
Join us for a two hour workshop on Friday July 24 from 6-8 pm.
A couples yoga practise makes you feel stronger and more connected as a couple, deepening your relationship. Having someone to practise at home with will definitely increase your chances of establishing a regular home yoga practise. Learn techniques to help assist your partner in relieving stiffness or fatigue and how to provide TLC to their ageing body.
