Learning new skills and improving one’s mental and physical health has always been important to Crystal. Acupuncture helped her improve her own health so much that soon Crystal felt it was time to start a new career path and embark on a new journey to become an acupuncturist. She took on the challenge and became a full-time student, while also being a mother, wife and Girl Guide leader. Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine has been used for thousands of years and is all about finding balance in the body as we encounter and struggle with the causes of imbalance all around us. Climate, stress, emotions, and diet affects our body’s ability to protect us and keep us healthy. Acupuncture has been shown to be effective in treating a wide range of disorders such as pain from injury or disease, depression, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, reproductive health, and digestive issues.
Crystal is excited to be joining the team at In Balance! Questions or consultation about acupuncture treatment and how it can be a part of your journey to better health and wellness are always welcome.
