As the pace and expectations gain momentum for this next generation, we struggle to help our teenagers to thrive in this hi-tech environment, while we attempt to actively instil the simple, basic and fundamental values of self-examination and self care.
Our FUN, ACTIVE camps will focus on the all the physical conditions commonly experienced by teenagers these days: upper back tightness, lower back weakness, postural imbalances and breath control. Yoga also offers a place of refuge, where everyone is equal, regardless of social-standing, body type or interests.
Our first camp will be focused on learning to develop a regular yoga practise, how to use the power of your breath, inspirational art and journalling, and taking care of yourself.
Our second camp will be focused on learning to develop another unique yoga practise, how to use the power of your breath to help with a stressful school or social setting, and taking care of others.
*Please bring a healthy nut-free snack, water bottle and yoga mat.
