Group Zoom Classes
These classes are designed for everyone! New students, students lost in a regular yoga class and regular yoga practitioners. You will learn fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques. Listen to your body, become aware of how you sit, stand, sleep, walk and breathe. The supportive environment of this class will provide you with the necessary foundation to develop a safe and rewarding yoga practice.
