At In Balance we know the key to health is through active living. In Balance Yoga is a combination of yoga, strength training, meditation and awareness. ​Whether you’re a new student or have practiced for years, get the in-class experience at home with classes for body, mind, and spirit.

Private Zoom Classes

Our private yoga students typically share the following characteristics:
  • They are new to yoga and want to understand the poses and practices
  • They realize the importance of taking time to rejuvenate and reconnect with themselves so they can better serve the people in their lives as a parent, spouse, employee, friend or family member.
  • Their pain, injury or illness is getting in the way of doing the things they love.​

Group Zoom Classes

These classes are designed for everyone! New students, students lost in a regular yoga class and regular yoga practitioners. You will learn fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques. Listen to your body, become aware of how you sit, stand, sleep, walk and breathe. The supportive environment of this class will provide you with the necessary foundation to develop a safe and rewarding yoga practice.
