How it works:
Private sessions begin with a consultation to find out what the student is looking for out of yoga. Based on your current state of wellness a program of yoga postures and breathing techniques is then designed to meet your specific needs and goals.
Developing a home yoga practice is very important. We want yoga to be infused in your life wherever possible, at home, at work, at your desk, in your car or even in front of your television. By making time for yoga in your life you will find you sleep better, feel better and are better equipped to make healthy changes.
We encourage our clients at In Balance to practice yoga as an excellent way to maintain or rediscover flexibility and strength. As we age it is very important to have both strength and flexibility in our bodies. Simple tasks such as tying your shoes, reaching for a cup or getting out of bed can all be made easier by infusing yoga into your day.
