Yoga has been studied by countless internationally recognized institutes such as: Columbia University, Cedars-Sinai Medical Group, Harvard School of Medicine and the University of Oslo to name a few. Yoga has been proven beneficial for a plethora of maladies from chronic back pain, menopause, depression, stress management, heart disease, cancer and asthma. The science behind why you should include yoga in your life at any age or fitness level, will pale in comparison to how you will feel once you start.
